Celebrate Wickenburg's Hispanic Pioneer Heritage at this event. Learn about early families through stories, or "cuentos", and photographs. Activities include Latin Band, and Mariachi music, and folklorico dancers. An outdoor mercado, food and beverage booths and Kids Zona are also on site.
Contests including a salsa contest, guacamole contest, and a margarita contest will also take place. Try delicious samples from several contestants in each category and vote for your favorite to win the coveted People’s Choice Award!

40th annual Bluegrass Festival
November 8th-10th, 2019

The festival is held outdoors at the Everett Bowman Rodeo Arena, 935 Constellation Road, just 1/2 mile east of Highway 60/93 in Wickenburg.
The Four Corner States Bluegrass Festival on November 8-10th, 2019 is sponsored by the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce, and is one of the oldest bluegrass festivals in the Southwest.
Featured bands are The Incidental Bluegrass Band and Chris Jones & The Night Drivers, and additional entertainment is to be announced. A schedule of events is available below.
At the festival you will find food & drink concessions, arts/crafts, and a designated Kids Zone. Organizers prohibit bringing in alcoholic beverages, food, dogs, and coolers, but please visit our beer booth and our great food vendors. There is also an abundance of arts & crafts and retail vendors.
Limited reserved self-contained RV and tent camping is arranged through the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce.
Additionally, contestants will compete for prizes and cash awards. Some of the categories bring Championship designation, such as Open Fiddle, Mandolin, Flat Pick Guitar, and Banjo.
Limited covered grandstand seating is available. Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Alcoholic beverages, pets, food, and coolers are prohibited. Service dogs are welcome.

The Cowboy Reception is on Friday, December 7th and includes beer/wine and appetizers at the Desert Caballeros Western Museum, located at 21 North Frontier Street. Several of our featured cowboy poets & entertainers will be performing to give you a small taste of what will be featured at the Saturday Night show. Limited tickets are available for the reception.
25th ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARADE OF LIGHTS - "Out Wickenburg Way!"

Enjoy the beauty of the holiday season amid the glittering lights of the 25th Annual Christmas Parade of Lights “Out Wickenburg Way”! More than 30 floats will fill the streets of downtown Wickenburg on December 13th starting at 6:30pm. Starting on East Yavapai and continuing down Historic Frontier Street the parade route will then turn onto Apache Street from Frontier Street and disband at the Wickenburg Community Center parking lot at 160 N. Valentine street.
Some of the highlights include: Miss Kitty the 1937 Chevrolet Van Pelt fire engine adorned with lights and holiday spirit, Classy Classic Cars, Madam Mirah & Raisin’ Cane from Arizona Legends Ghost Tours, and Smokey the Bear and his Weaver Mountain BLM crew as they spread holiday cheer. Of course, two very special guests will also be joining us again this year, for all good little boys & girls. Awards will be presented at the WCO Garcia Little Red Schoolhouse gazebo where Santa will hear children’s wishes. Cocoa, hot cider and cookies will be handed out. The location is north of Tegner and Yavapai street in the Basha’s Frontier Center. It is not too late to get your entry in! Parade Route and Information: The parade will start at 6:30 p.m. on Yavapai Street in front of the Wickenburg Christian School, traveling to historic Frontier Street near the Chamber of Commerce Office and continuing down Frontier, to Apache Street turning left on Apache and ending at the Community Center. Join us at the "Little Red Schoolhouse" 245 N. Tegner Street Awards ribbons will be given to the winners in each category, and the "Best Over-All" Entry will receive the "Tinsel Award." A panel of civic leaders will judge the parade entries. Announcers will be stationed at Wickenburg Christian School, Wickenburg Unified School District, Desert Caballeros Western Museum, in front of the historic Santa Fe Depot-Wickenburg Chamber Office and Remuda Ranch on Frontier Street.

WESTERN FUN RIDES WITH THE 71ST ANNUAL GOLD RUSH DAYS
February 14-16, 2020 Information:
This event celebrates the town’s origins as a ranching & gold mining center in the days before there was a Phoenix. The heritage event was founded 72 years ago, and today Gold Rush Days draws tens of thousands of visitors, during the 3 ½ days of activities. Gold Rush Days most significant recognition is from the Library of Congress, whereas Gold Rush Days is one of America’s Living Legacies. The Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce is the proud producer of the celebration each year, along with partners and sponsors.
Carnival: Brown’s Amusements Family Fun Carnival opens at 4:00 p.m., in the downtown district on February 13th thru February 16th at 6pm. A LIMITED number of discount tickets are available at the Chamber of Commerce, 216 N. Frontier Street, for Carnival Patrons (date of availability TBA). Tickets are also sold at the carnival.
Opening Ceremonies: The official opening gets underway on Friday, February 14th during the Opening Ceremonies on Frontier Street at 10:00 a.m. with western stuntman Will Roberts, and Gold Rush officials kicking off the event.
Classic Car Show: Friday is the only day you will be able to see beautiful classic cars on Frontier Street from 9am - 2 p.m.
Senior Pro Rodeo: The National Senior Pro Rodeo and Open Rough Stock takes place on Saturday, February 15th and Sunday, February 16th. Admission: $15 adults, $12 seniors, $5 students (13-17), children (5-12) $3 & under 5 are Free. Gates open at Noon. Tickets available at the Chamber office, at the gate, or online. The National Senior Pro Rodeo Association selected the 2013 Gold Rush Days Rodeo as their “Rodeo of the Year”.
Gold Rush Parade: The parade is on Saturday the 15th at 10:00 a.m., and one of the largest in Arizona with over 100 entries including 1,000 horses within the entry classes. Classic automobiles, floats, marching bands, and youth groups will also be participating. Theme TBD. Named #3 Parade by Arizona Edventures' Top Ten Parades to attend in Arizona!
Parking Information: Be there early! Parking is limited, especially downtown during the parade on Saturday.
Old Fashion Melodrama: The Desert Stagers present an Old Fashioned Melodrama February 14th-16th with evening performances beginning at 7 p.m. in the historic Saguaro Theater. Tickets available at Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce office.
Artisan Fair: The main festival area on Valentine Street in the historic district will see 150 exhibitors at the Wickenburg Art Club artisan fair, juried art show, family fun carnival, free stage entertainment, gold panning, 150 arts/crafts, and much more from 9:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

20th Annual Spring Street Dance & Food Truck Fest

Now in its 20th year, the Spring Street Dance and Food Truck Fest will return to historic downtown Wickenburg on Saturday, May 2. This free community event will provide fun under the stars from 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. A range of food truck vendors will be on hand at Stone Park and Apache Street, offering unique food options and a beer garden!
From 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. enjoy live music with sounds ranging from Tom Petty to Santana. Band TBA.
