Wickenburg Ranch - M3 Companies
Development of the resort is underway, including an 18 hole golf course.The project is expected to take about 18 months, opening early, 2009 ready to play golf. Then start developing mixeduse of residential project constructed on site. The location is North of Wickenburg on Hwy 89/93. Projectincluded 2,324 units w/population of 4,600 to 5,500 people.
